II. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all eco-friendly furniture, smart cleaning/security equipment, and other products purchased through the QIZHIYUN platform, including bulk purchases and customized products (customizations are subject to specific conditions).
III. Return and Refund Conditions
Quality Issues: Products with structural defects, functional failures, or environmental non-compliance (such as excessive formaldehyde or FSC certification) confirmed by professional testing (referring to the platform’s testing laboratory standards) are eligible for returns and refunds.
Compliance Issues: Products that do not meet the contracted specifications, parameters, or certification standards (such as lacking FSC certification) or that significantly differ from the information displayed on the platform are eligible for returns and refunds.
Force Majeure: Products that cannot be used due to logistics damage, natural disasters, or other factors not attributable to the purchaser are eligible for returns and refunds after verification.

Circumstances not supported:
Customized products (produced according to the purchaser’s specific requirements) with no quality/compliance issues;
Product damage due to improper storage or misuse by the purchaser;
Products purchased from non-official platform channels;
Failure to submit a request within the application deadline (7 business days after receipt).
IV. Return and Refund Application Process
Application Submission: Within 7 business days of receipt, the purchaser must submit a return and refund request through the platform’s “After-Sales Application” channel or contact their dedicated account manager. Please include the order number, a description of the product issue, and relevant documentation (test report, photos of damage, logistics documentation, etc.).
Review and Verification: The platform will review the application within 3 business days and, if necessary, conduct a re-inspection with a product testing laboratory to confirm eligibility for return.
Return Arrangements: Upon approval, the platform will provide the return address and logistics requirements (on-site pickup can be arranged for bulk products). The purchaser must properly package the product as required to prevent secondary damage.
Product Inspection: Within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, the platform will complete inspection and confirm that the product’s condition is consistent with the application description. Refund: After qualified acceptance, the payment will be returned within 7 working days using the original payment method (customized products will be deducted from the incurred customization costs). The logistics costs will be borne by the platform (for quality/compliance issues) or shared by both parties through negotiation (for other eligible situations).

Notes
Returned products must be fully furnished and free of any signs of secondary use. Customized products must retain their original packaging and custom logos; otherwise, the acceptance may be affected.
Purchasers must provide authentic and valid documentation. In the event of false applications or malicious returns, the platform will revoke their after-sales benefits and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
