We support sample applications for all product categories, including smart devices (such as automatic pet feeders and robot vacuums) and eco-friendly furniture (such as Nordic solid wood dining chairs and French art chairs). Applications are limited to one sample per product.
Sample specifications: Identical to the bulk order product (materials, craftsmanship, and functionality). Smart devices will be pre-installed with basic functions (such as robot vacuums that can demonstrate laser navigation and suction). Furniture will be labeled “Sample” (this does not affect usability).
Sample Policy
Sample Fees: ◦ Sample price = bulk unit price of the product × 1.5 (including production costs and labor). For example, “Nordic solid wood dining chair bulk price $15/piece, sample price $22.5/piece.” ◦ For orders exceeding twice the minimum order quantity (MOQ) of the corresponding product (e.g., a dining chair MOQ of 50 pieces, a minimum order of 100 pieces), the sample fee will be fully deducted from the purchase price. • Shipping Rules: ◦ By default, shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. A partner logistics provider (DHL/FedEx/customer-specified logistics) is available, and shipping costs are reimbursed on a reimbursement basis. ◦ Sample shipping costs are fully reimbursed for orders of 500 or more pieces or for single purchases exceeding US$10,000.
Sample Process
Application Submission: Customers can contact customer service by clicking “Request a Quote” to submit their requirements (e.g., “Dining Chair – Wood Color,” “Pet Feeder – White”), shipping address, and contact information. The system will automatically send a confirmation email upon submission.
Payment: Customer service will contact the customer within 12 hours, confirm the requirements, and send a sample fee invoice. Payments can be made via PayPal or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Shipment will be arranged within 3 business days of payment.
Logistics and Confirmation: After shipment, a logistics tracking number will be provided. Customers can report quality issues (e.g., wood cracking, equipment malfunction) within 7 days of receiving the samples. Upon verification, resend the samples free of charge.
